If you cannot pay right away, we will make every effort to work with you to achieve repayment of the debt. Failure to contact us suggests you are avoiding the debt. If you believe you don't owe the bill or have questions about the bill, please let us know by calling our office or sending a written explanation on why you feel you don’t owe the bill. This will allow us to respond to your questions and concerns. Ignoring the bill is your worst option.

We are experienced in collections and are able to assist you if you let us. If your account is reported to a credit bureau, this may prevent you from obtaining credit when you need it.
