Account information can be sent to us in the mail, by fax or email, or electronically. To accept placement of accounts, we need all demographic information available. We can provide a standard listing sheet you may use to give us the required demographic information. In addition, we need a detailed ledger of the consumer's account.
The basic tools we use to collect your money are phone calls, letters, credit bureau reporting, and, as a last resort, legal action.
